I began my real estate exposure helping my aunt manager her rental properties down at the Lake of the Ozarks in the summer of 2014. After quickly growing her rental home portfolio and increasing our returning customers by providing an incredible vacation experience, I knew I had found what was missing my entire life. After a successful summer, I then immediately got my real estate license and partnered up with a Keller Williams agent who was building a property management company. Here I began learning the value of a clients experience in the real estate transaction. I loved creating relationships with my clients even though the majority of them were out of state. After growing the company 27% year over year, I knew it was time for me to take this to passion for real estate to the retail space. I then partnered with an up and coming real estate team with Keller as a transaction coordinator. Here I quickly learned the contractual aspects and legalities of the residential sales contract. I began to create better systems and added new team members to serve our clients at a new level and was quickly promoted to Director of Operations. I was a crucial piece to helping increase our business year over year by 36% and becoming the number three real estate team in all of St. Charles County. After serving under amazing leaders and business owners, it was my time to leave the nest and start my own team. I don’t say any of this to boast, but what I hope you do see from this is my commitment and dedication to my clients, which was a direct impact of our exponential growth.
